Rhino Industrial Label Tapes (Choose Options Above).

The right label for virtually every situation and surface.

Heat Shrink Tubing Option

Heat Shrink Tubing is specifically designed for wire and cable marking. Once the tubing is printed simply slip it over the end of the (unterminated) cable and use a heat tool to shrink the tubing over the cable. May not be suitable for use on terminated cables (ie. if there is a connector on the end), and the tubing may not be large enough to fit over the connector. In that case consider self-laminating tape, or Vinyl / Nylon.

For high-end cable identification. A 3:1 shrink ratio helps ensure a secure it on wires and cables. Print directly on Heat-Shrink Tubes with any DYMO Industrial labelling tool.

Meets MIL-M-81531, MIL-STD-202G, SAE-DTL- 23053/5 (Class 1 & 3) UL recognised as a component to UL 224

Flexible Nylon Tape Option

Flexible Nylon Tape is specifically designed for wire and cable marking. It has excellent adhesion to flat and curved surfaces, even textured or powdered surfaces, and is resistant to heat and UV. Not suitable where the label may come into contact with water, oils or solvents (consider Vinyl or Polyester).

For labelling wires, cables and rounded surfaces. Flexible Nylon labels conform and stick tightly to wires, cables, curved and textured surfaces. Tear-proof material resists damage when pulled through tight spaces or conduits.

UL recognised as a component to UL 969

Indoor/Outdoor Coloured Vinyl Tape Option

Coloured Vinyl Tape combines flexibility, a strong adhesive and a high chemical resistance which makes this tape suitable for many type of applications where colour is requested. Ideal for cable and wiring applications.

For general labelling or extreme conditions. Vinyl labels offer moisture, chemical and UV resistance, making them ideal for labelling both indoors and outdoors. Available in the widest range of colours that adhere to OSHA, ANSI and ISO colour standards.

UL recognised as a component to UL 969

Permanent Polyester Tape Option

Permanent Polyester Tape can be used on a variety of flat, textured or highly textured surfaces and has an excellent solvent and chemical resistance.

For labelling panels, blocks, faceplates, shelves, bins, beams and more. Permanent Polyester labels have a polished nish that leaves your work looking professional. Available in smaller widths that t most patch panels, blocks and other distribution panels.

UL recognised as a component to UL 969

Self-Laminating Tape Option

Self-Laminating Vinyl Labels protect your printed area from exposure to oil, solvents, water and abrasion and is ideal for wire and cable marking.

    Oh Brother, where art thou?

Posted by Unknown on 25th Apr 2017

In short, I've found brand "B" labels superior. The Dymo tape backing was difficult to remove and smoothing down the label smudged the printing. So frustrating that I put my new Dymo labeller on the shelf and reached for my P-Touch. DymoOnline as a provider is awesome!

    Satisfied Customer

We tried this tape because we need something heat and water resistant at 90 degree temperatures.
It's been only a month but so far so good.
No complaints from kitchen staff. Labels staying on well.
So far... very happy indeed. :)

    Could be better.

Posted by Paul on 21st Jul 2016

I'm using this product (heatshrink) for labeling electrical control cabinets. I'm finding it a bit cost prohibitive considering the amounthe of cables that are in my cabinets and the need to label them all.
The big positive is the fact I can label larger leads as well although it would be helpful to have the size 24 in the heatshrink.
If you where to offer discounts on bulk orders this would help a lot. I have noticed on ebay that there are other options much cheaper.
    Kind regards Paul

Just the thing for identifying cables

Heatshrink labelling sure beats the old ways of doing it and the don't fall off with use.

Latest refills were a little disappointing

Posted by Unknown on 11th Jul 2016

The initial tape I received with my labeller was great. Unfortunately the refills I received (9mm vinyl) recently were more average. While with the original the backing was very easy to get off, I found the backing on the refills more difficult.

The tape itself works great though, and remains stuck on unlike some of the other labelling systems I've tried.

    Excellent holding power

Posted by Cheryl on 10th Jul 2015

We were looking for a label that we could put on equipment going out to site - so something that couldn't be easily removed. The Rhino labels seems to work perfectly, even on a smooth surface like our laptops.

The first tape I had was faulty but when I reported it, a new one was sent immediately with no fuss.
